From evidence to verified operational understanding.
SKALV gives teams one structured path from incoming information to evidence-backed signals, possible consequences and human verification, with sources, dependencies and uncertainty kept visible throughout.
The main workflow
Information arrives as evidence, not as conclusions. Evidence is grouped into signals that describe what may matter. Signals are related to the nodes and dependencies an organisation has modelled, producing possible consequences. Where the evidence does not settle a question, the question is routed to a person for structured verification.
Context layers
Around that workflow sit the layers that make it interpretable: source health, node and dependency models, blind spots where information is missing or stale, a geographic view, foresight framed as possible developments, and an archive of completed operational records.
What each capability is for
Every capability page states the job it does in plain language, shows one clearly labelled illustrative example, and names its own limitation. Nothing in the public material implies a certainty the product does not produce.
What SKALV does not claim
A signal is not a verified incident. A dependency is not proof of impact. Foresight is not prediction. Source health tells you whether data is arriving, not whether it is true. These distinctions are part of the product, not a disclaimer beneath it.
